Time in Hesteyri in Hornstrandir
Enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of the Hornstrandir Nature Reserve, which its former inhabitants still speak of with enthusiasm. You’ll travel there aboard a small boat, and with a bit of luck you may spot whales along the way. 
In Hesteyri, embark on a guided walk and then take a break for coffee and a light snack in the charming old Doctor’s House.
Afterwards, feel free to explore the ancient hiking trails or visit the ruins of the whaling station. You will most likely also observe Arctic foxes.
The life at sea can be cold, even in the middle of the summer. There for we recommend to all our customers bring warm clothing, hats, mittens and water and wind tight jackets.

The Tour company reserves the rights to cancel a tour if only few passengers have booked a ticket. In case this happens, all tickets already sold on the tour in question will be fully refunded.
