2 1/2 dl Mehl, 1 Tl. Zucker, 1/2 Tl. Speisesoda oder Backpulver, 1-2 Eier, 1/2 Tl. Vanillin oder Kardimom, 25 g geschmolzene Margarine, 3-4 dl Milch nach Bedarf, 1/4 Tl. Salz. Muss ein flüssiger Teig werden, damit er sich auf der Pfanne gut verteilt und die Eierkuchen dünn werden.

2 1/2 dl flour, 1 tsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. baking soda or baking powder, 1-2 eggs, 1/2 tsp. vanillin or cardimom, 25 g melted margarine, 3-4 dl milk as needed, 1/4 tsp. salt. Must be a liquid dough so that it spreads well on the pan and the pancakes are thin.-
